Pasteles are traditional Puerto Rican holiday treats made with savory masa (dough) or yuca, filled with seasoned meats, and wrapped in green banana leaves before boiling. Our Mama Pacha Pasteles are crafted with care and come in the following options:

Instructions
1. Boil Water
• Fill a large pot with salted water.
• Bring to a rolling boil.
2. Add Pasteles
• Carefully place wrapped pasteles in the boiling water.
• Ensure they are fully submerged.
3. Boil
• Cook for 45-60 minutes.
• Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
4. Drain
• Carefully remove pasteles from the pot.
• Drain excess water.
5. Serve
• Let cool slightly before unwrapping.
• Enjoy your delicious, homemade pasteles!
